Pearl Farm Beach Resort is a renowned world-class beach resort in Samal Island off the coast of Davao City. It is nestled on a secluded cove in the Island of Samal, cascaded with pristine white sandy beaches, unspoiled lush vegetation, and flourishing flora and fauna. This 14-hectare paradise was once a pearl farm, where thousands of giant white-lipped oysters (taklobo) transported from the Sulu Sea, were cultivated for their pink, white, and gold pearls for commercial purposes.

To continue my trip on my 3rd day, I conquered Davao del Norte, particularly in the Municipality of New Corilla. A lot of my friends told me to visit the Matin-ao Inland Resort because of its natural spring that flows to the swimming pool. Matin-ao Inland Resort is one of the most visited resort in New Corella, since it is being operated and owned by a private stakeholder. They have swimming pools for kids, adults and for the middle-aged as well.

After Tinuy-an Falls, I was brought my tour guide to Enchanted River at Talisay, Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur. It takes 30 to 45 minutes from Brgy. Cambatong before I reached the River. This little known town is blessed with a hidden treasure. A stunning blue lagoon nestled within a mountainside and protectively covered by a forest.
