On November 23, 2012 at Angono in the province of Rizal. This is the time when people prepare themselves for the celebration of the Higantes. There will be a lot of activities like Higantes Parade, Street Dancing, Higantes 2012 Festival Making Contest, Float Parade and many more. It will be a 2 weeks celebration, its usually start from November 10-25, 2012.
Higantes Festival 2012 is celebrated in honor of their patron saint, San Clemente or San Clemence. which known to be the patron saint of fishermen. In addition, Angono Rizal is known to be the " Art Capital of the Philippines".
