PARK INN HOTEL DAVAO UPDATE

Radisson Hotels, a subsidiary of the Minnesota-based Carlson Hotels group is ready for the opening of Asia's first Park Inn Hotel here in Davao next year. The Hotel is located at 8,800-square-meter property inside the SM City Lanang Complex. It has 204-room and it cost 800 million pesos.

Park Inn hotels are currently found only in Europe and the United States.

The hotel is envisioned to be very edgy, hip and trendy with vibrant colors.

The coming in of a Carlson brand of hotel in Davao City is an indicator that Davao City is an emerging convention center in the country.

In addition to this, it will have four small meeting rooms onsite, each measuring 46 sqm. with the ability to combine two of them into a larger meeting space. These areas will offer full digital connectivity, while free wifi is standard throughout the hotel.
