BALER AURORA: SUMAN FESTIVAL 2013
The celebration includes a parade of uniquely designed floats, trade exhibits, fairs, and competitions. The Suman is a sweet sticky native rice cake, and it is used to decorate the main streets and houses in Baler during the festivity.
