ATI-ATIHAN FESTIVAL 2013 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Ati-Atihan Festival is an annual feast celebrated in honor of the Santo Niño, concluding on the third Sunday of January, in the island and town of Kalibo, Aklan in the Philippines. It is a season for Kalibonhons and Akeanons together with its guests to witness local ingenuity as the participating Ati tribes, in their colourful costumes, flock the major streets of Kalibo, dancing to the thunderous beat of the drums, and shouting with enthusiasm the chant “Viva kay Senior Sto. Nino!”
