The municipality of Ilog, Negros Occidental is once again celebrating their Kisi Kisi Festival which showcase the abundant marine products of the province. Kisi Kisi is a dance parade which imitates the way fishes flip-flop and twitch as they are hauled during the bountiful harvest. Participating groups wear costumes and headdresses adorned with multi-colored shells & fishnets while props include bamboo poles and baskets used for fishing.
