This holiday season, the City of Tagum once again made another mark in the whole Mindanao as they welcome the Yuletide Season with the traditional Lighting of the Giant Holiday Tree.



The Official Lighting of the Christmas Tree would always get the Tagum City people excited for many reasons. For many Tagumeños, this 108.60 feet structure made up of colorful lights has become the city’s holiday icon. This year, the famous Holiday Tree of Tagum City came to life last November 16, 2011 in a heartwarming ceremony attended by almost five thousand Tagumeños and visitors from neighboring towns.
