Abreeza Ayala Mall Davao
Abreeza Mall is a large shopping mall complex at J.P. Laurel Avenue, in Davao City, Philippines. It is the first Ayala Shopping Center located at Mindanao Island. It opened on May 12, 2011. It is owned by Accendo Commercial Corporation, a joint venture company of Ayala Land and Anflocor.
The term "Abreeza" was derived from the Italian word “abbraccio” which means "to embrace", or “breeze”in English, and is used to symbolize the Mall's breezy, spacious and relaxed environment, while respecting the natural topography of the land by designing open air garden landscapes that retains the “greening” of the environment. Even the basement parking is sunken with natural paving that allows water to seep back into the ground during rainy season.
